1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BrokerMate (brokermate.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

BrokerMate is a curated real estate agent directory that lists the top 3 verified brokers per geographic area in India. We provide a platform for users to discover, review, and connect with real estate professionals.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Broker/Agent Listings

  • All broker applications are subject to admin review and approval
  • Listing on BrokerMate does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee
  • Broker information must be accurate and up-to-date
  • BrokerMate reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion
  • Position assignments (top 3) are determined by BrokerMate's admin team
  • Brokers may not manipulate reviews, ratings, or position assignments

5. Reviews & Ratings

  • Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on genuine experience
  • Each user may submit only one review per broker
  • Reviews containing hate speech, profanity, defamation, or threats will be removed
  • Fake reviews (paid or incentivized) are strictly prohibited
  • BrokerMate reserves the right to moderate and remove reviews

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Submit false verification documents
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or brokers
  • Circumvent any security features of the platform
  • Use automated tools to access the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BrokerMate — including text, logos, design, and code — is owned by BrokerMate or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BrokerMate is a directory platform. We do not participate in, mediate, or guarantee any real estate transaction between users and brokers. We are not liable for:

  • The accuracy of broker-provided information
  • The outcome of any property transaction
  • Financial losses arising from dealings with listed brokers
  • Service interruptions or technical issues

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BrokerMate harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
