Real estate in India is a trust problem. With thousands of brokers in every city, how do you know who to trust? That's the question we set out to answer.

The Problem

If you've ever searched for a property broker, you know the struggle:

  • Too many options — directories list hundreds of broker with no way to know who's genuine
  • Fake reviews — many platforms allow paid or fake reviews, making ratings meaningless
  • No accountability — if a broker misbehaves, there's no system to hold them accountable

We knew there had to be a better way.

Our Solution: Only 3 Per Area

BrokerMate takes a radically different approach. Instead of listing every broker who signs up, we curate only the top 3 real estate broker per locality.

Here's how it works:

  1. broker apply — Real estate professionals register and submit their documents for review
  2. We verify — Our admin team manually verifies identity documents, office address, experience, and track record
  3. We assign — Only the best 3 broker per area earn their spot on BrokerMate
  4. Community reviews — Users leave honest reviews, helping us maintain quality

This means every agent on BrokerMate has earned their position through verified credentials and community trust.

Why This Works
